Victoria Lang, a Founder of Broadway & Beyond Theatricals, has enjoyed an award-winning producing career in theatre, television and film. On the cutting edge of the best Off Broadway theatre she has produced such hits as FOUND: A New Musical, SILENCE! The Musical (Best Musical:Off Broadway Alliance Award, Top 5 Musicals: Time Magazine), SHOUT! The Mod Musical, JOHNNY GUITAR (Best Off-Broadway Musical: Outer Critics Circle Award), MATT & BEN (Top 5 Plays: Time Magazine), and David Friedman’s LISTEN TO MY HEART (Drama Desk Award); and tours of SHOUT!, GIRLS NIGHT and DIVORCE PARTY THE MUSICAL. Victoria has managed the operations and finances of several successful businesses as Founder and President of Plus Media, Plus Entertainment and Lang Entertainment Group, as well as co-Founder of Off Broadway Touring. Victoria attended Emerson College and graduated with a BFA in Theatre Arts Summa Cum Laude from Long Island University. She is a member of the Broadway and Off Broadway Leagues, the Off Broadway Alliance and BAFTA.
Tracey Stroock McFarland
Founder, President of booking
Tracey is a seasoned theatrical executive with two successful decades of touring industry experience. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hamilton College with a degree in Theatre. After a year in UCLA’s MFA Actor/Waitress Training Program and a stint as an almost working actor, Tracey discovered the world behind the curtain and never looked back. She has held senior positions at The Booking Group and The Road Company, where she worked on a wide variety of touring theatricals including RENT, THE PRODUCERS, MAMMA MIA!, CABARET, ANNIE, DAVID COPPERFIELD, RUGRATS LIVE and MICHAEL FLATLEY’S LORD OF THE DANCE.
In 2014, Tracey founded InHouse Booking, a boutique theatrical booking agency dedicated to bringing the best of live touring entertainment to theatres across North America. There she oversaw the inaugural tours of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer The Musical, The Hip Hop Nutcracker with MC Kurtis Blow, and Dan & Phil’s The Amazing Tour Is Not On Fire, as well as national tours of Legally Blonde The Musical, An American in Paris, and Matthew Bourne’s Cinderella and Swan Lake, to name a few.

Ryan has been at the intersection of intellectual property and theater for the majority of his career.
He has worked on the development, production, financing and licensing of theatrical productions with Theatrical Rights Worldwide, CBS, The Public Theater, Williamstown Theater Festival, Sony Music, Playscripts, and RKO, where from 2012-2016 he managed the stage rights in the golden age film library and was in charge of the studio’s theatrical licensing, producing and investing operations.
Notable productions include: THE WOODSMAN, HERE LIES LOVE, THE ORION EXPERIENCE, YEAST NATION, DOCTOR ZHIVAGO, TOP HAT, BIG FISH, and CHEERS: LIVE ON STAGE.
Prior to beginning his producing career, Ryan worked in the executive and theater operations departments at Jujamcyn Theaters, and in the professional licensing department at Theatrical Rights Worldwide, managing licenses of such shows as SPAMALOT and THE COLOR PURPLE for major professional theaters domestically and internationally.
Ryan holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theater and Directing from The Boston Conservatory, and an M.F.A. in Theater Management and Producing from Columbia University.
Barbara Pinneke Cooley
vice-president of Touring
Barbara is an entertainment executive with over twenty years of experience in the production and promotion of concerts and theatrical shows; tour development and management; and arena and theatre administration. She was a part of the executive team that opened the Fargo Dome in North Dakota which held over 250 events in its first year of operation. Barbara was also a Promoter Representative for Neil Diamond, overseeing two national tours and sold out shows in over 100 arenas. In addition, she developed and managed promotional tours for Fox Kids and Fox Family and recently produced ELVIS LIVES, the first ever Elvis tour utilizing Elvis Tribute Artists that was endorsed and co-marketed by Elvis Presley Enterprises.
She holds a B.A. in Communications and Rhetoric from Iowa State University with a minor in Theatre. Barbara actively volunteers in the theatre programs at the Girls Preparatory School and McCallie School in Chattanooga, TN where she resides with her husband, two children and their Bernese mountain dog.

Glenn started his career in the late 80’s as an assistant in the music division at The William Morris Agency in NYC. In 1991 he began his career as a theatrical booking agent with American Family Theater in Philadelphia. After 5 years of booking children’s musicals, Glenn was hired by CAMI Theatricals in NYC and represented national touring musicals produced by Troika Entertainment. In the late 90’s Glenn moved on to Gurtman & Murtha Associates and then Living Arts, Inc., in New York City, where he was the national booking director for The Gershwin’s PORGY & BESS national tours.
In 2005, Glenn and his family relocated to Tampa, Florida. Shortly after the move, Glenn helped Orin Wolf launch Off Broadway Booking in NYC. After 5 successful years, OBB merged with AWA Touring to create AWA Partners in NYC, and Glenn was promoted to V.P. of Sales. In 2015, was hired by Starvox Booking, LLC as the V.P./Director of Sales.
Glenn has a B.S. in Business Administration from Bentley College in Waltham, MA, is married and has two boys, Alex & Colin.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Duffy began her career in her hometown of Ft. Lauderdale as the Assistant Technical Director of the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. From there she became the youngest female executive at Clear Channel Entertainment (CCE) after promotion to Vice President of Programming; giving her over 60 North American markets to book and program.She has enjoyed living and working in some amazing places: NYC, LA, London, Shanghai, and San Francisco. Over her diverse career she has worn many theatrical hats, including Producer, Presenter, Booker, Educator, Project Manager and General Manager.
Under Duffy’s management, FOSSE, starring Ben Vereen, broke historical records for tickets sales at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, among other notable European venues like top of Mount Lycabettus, during the 2004 Summer Olympics. During her executive tenure at Shorenstein Hays Nederlander, Duffy served as Executive Producer of August Wilson’s 2010 Tony Award winning FENCES, starring Denzel Washington and Viola Davis; and associate Producer of BEHANDING IN SPOKANE, starring Christopher Walken.

Robin is a live entertainment professional with a broad career in programming, engagement management, client relations and operations. As Director of Operations at InHouse Booking her skill set is well suited in booking shows as well as overseeing the operational side of the company. Most recently, Robin was the Company Manager for the sold-out 2016 Dan & Phil “The Amazing Tour is Not on Fire” and a Producer with Mills Entertainment prior to that. Other positions in the entertainment industry included roles at AWA Partners, Rock n’ Roll Fantasy Camp, Live Nation Theatrical (now Broadway Across America), Atlantic Video, Pace Concerts, Westbury Music Fair, Jack Morton Productions and ICM. With a B.S. Degree in Marketing from NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business, Robin resides in Brooklyn, NY where she enjoys life with her husband that includes biking, beaching, cooking, exercising, watching sunsets from the roof and of course taking advantage of NYC’s abundant theatre options.

Monica Smith is a Booking Associate with InHouse Booking supporting the booking process with research, route preparation, client communication and contracting support. With a master’s degree in Sport Administration and Event Management from Lock Haven University, Monica’s work with InHouse combines her lifelong family history in the arts with her own passion for planning, organization and logistics. During the last 4 years with InHouse Booking Monica has also worked with 4Site Programming and Midwood Entertainment as a Talent Buyer. Prior to joining InHouse Booking, Monica was a collegiate volleyball coach. Monica resides in State College, PA with her wife and kids.
Billie was as a Stage Manager for over fifteen years working on shows from NYC to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival before moving into theatrical publishing and licensing. At Samuel French Inc. she was the Manager of Amateur Licensing, Inc. where she also served at the Festival Coordinator for the Samuel French Off-Off Broadway Short Play Festival. Billie was able to bring the short play festival back to being solely produced by Samuel French, Inc. By doing so she and her team created a nurturing environment for emerging playwrights and it’s now the nations leading short play festival.
After many years with Samuel French, Billie took a new position as the Director of Customer Service with Playscripts, Inc. where her knowledge of theaters and their needs garnered a move to her becoming the Director of both the Amateur and Professional Licensing departments. Billie now spends her time offering her expertise on a freelance basis.
