BBT’s Booking Division delivers quality productions tailored to a venue’s size and budget. BBT’s Content Division offers commercial producers and IP stakeholders strategic management, consulting services and distribution solutions, while producing quality theatrical content in New York and for the road.

Victoria Lang

Victoria Lang, a Founder of Broadway & Beyond Theatricals, has enjoyed an award-winning producing career in theatre, television and film. On the cutting edge of the best Off Broadway theatre she has produced such hits as FOUND: A New Musical, SILENCE! The Musical (Best Musical:Off Broadway Alliance Award, Top 5 Musicals: Time Magazine), SHOUT! The Mod Musical, JOHNNY GUITAR (Best Off-Broadway Musical: Outer Critics Circle Award), MATT & BEN (Top 5 Plays: Time Magazine), and David Friedman’s LISTEN TO MY HEART (Drama Desk Award); and tours of SHOUT!, GIRLS NIGHT and DIVORCE PARTY THE MUSICAL. Recent Broadway productions include TOOTSIE (Tony nomination), THE CHER SHOW, SYLVIA, 1984, THE LIGHTNING THIEF and ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE. Victoria has managed the operations and finances of several successful businesses as Co-Founder/President of Plus Media & Plus Entertainment and President of Lang Entertainment Group, as well as co-Founder of Off Broadway Touring. Victoria attended Emerson College and graduated with a BFA in Theatre Arts Summa Cum Laude from Long Island University. She is a member of the Broadway and Off Broadway Leagues, the Off Broadway Alliance and BAFTA.

Tracey Stroock McFarland

Founder, President of booking

Tracey is a seasoned theatrical executive with two successful decades of touring industry experience. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hamilton College with a degree in Theatre. After a year in UCLA’s MFA Actor/Waitress Training Program and a stint as an almost working actor, Tracey discovered the world behind the curtain and never looked back. She has held senior positions at The Booking Group and The Road Company, where she worked on a wide variety of touring theatricals including RENT, THE PRODUCERS, MAMMA MIA!, CABARET, ANNIE, DAVID COPPERFIELD, RUGRATS LIVE and MICHAEL FLATLEY’S LORD OF THE DANCE.

In 2014, Tracey founded InHouse Booking, a boutique theatrical booking agency dedicated to bringing the best of live touring entertainment to theatres across North America. There she oversaw the inaugural tours of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer The Musical, The Hip Hop Nutcracker with MC Kurtis Blow, and Dan & Phil’s The Amazing Tour Is Not On Fire, as well as national tours of Legally Blonde The Musical, An American in Paris, and Matthew Bourne’s Cinderella and Swan Lake, to name a few.

Ryan Bogner

Founder, Co-president of content

Ryan has been at the intersection of intellectual property and theater for the majority of his career.

He has worked on the development, production, financing and licensing of theatrical productions with Theatrical Rights Worldwide, CBS, The Public Theater, Williamstown Theater Festival, Sony Music, Playscripts, and RKO, where from 2012-2016 he managed the stage rights in the golden age film library and was in charge of the studio’s theatrical licensing, producing and investing operations.

Notable productions include: THE WOODSMAN, HERE LIES LOVE, THE ORION EXPERIENCE, YEAST NATION, DOCTOR ZHIVAGO, TOP HAT, BIG FISH, and CHEERS: LIVE ON STAGE.

Prior to beginning his producing career, Ryan worked in the executive and theater operations departments at Jujamcyn Theaters, and in the professional licensing department at Theatrical Rights Worldwide, managing licenses of such shows as SPAMALOT and THE COLOR PURPLE for major professional theaters domestically and internationally.

Ryan holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theater and Directing from The Boston Conservatory, and an M.F.A. in Theater Management and Producing from Columbia University.

Jaymi Gilmour, Director of Booking

Jaymi’s career in the performing arts began at age 8 when she first stepped onstage at a community theatre, sparking a lifetime love affair with the arts. Her early career was spent in production with summer-stock stints at New York Stage and Film at the Vassar campus. She later accepted the role as Technical Director at the Camplex Center in Gillette, WY and eventually took over the management of the facility including all booking, fundraising, staff oversight and the creation of an extensive arts education program. For over a decade, Jaymi brought various cultural and entertaining artists into the community and schools, while developing large-scale productions and camps for youth.

In 2017, Jaymi began work as a booking agent with Baylin Artists Management and later CAMI Music, representing a variety of artists including Aquila Theatre Company, Actors From the London Stage, Theatre Re, Cirque Mechanics, Chick Corea and Lang Lang.

Jaymi lives in beautiful Fort Collins, CO with her daughter and tiny dog. They can often be found rock climbing, paddle boarding or skiing.

Kelsey Young

Kelsey was born and raised in Texas and was immersed in the music industry as a young child, growing up singing in country music opry’s, festivals and talent competitions. After graduating from Texas Christian University in 2015, she started her career in live entertainment booking as a Talent Buyer and eventually became Executive Vice President for Red Tail Entertainment. She booked theatres, arenas, and amphitheaters in the US and Canada with recognizable talent such as The Beach Boys, Harry Connick Jr, Willie Nelson, Tony Bennett, Steve Martin & Martin Short, Toby Keith etc. In 2021, Kelsey began work with Right Angle Entertainment, booking their production of Friends! The Musical Parody along with other notable titles and managing Business Development for future productions.

Kelsey currently resides in Fort Worth, TX with her husband and son.

Megan is a lifelong fan of theater, comedy, and live music, starting with her first onstage appearance at the age of 4. She discovered producing in college and has since worked as a freelance producer, a fundraiser and event planner for the America-Israel Cultural Foundation, and a booking agent at Bond Theatrical. Her co-producing credits include A GENTLEMAN’S GUIDE TO LOVE AND MURDER (Tony Award), VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE (Tony Award), THE CRUCIBLE, and MIDNIGHT AT THE NEVER GET. She was a founding board member of Musical Theatre Factory and currently serves on the steering committee of New York Theatre Workshop’s 4th Street Bar Association. Megan holds a B.A. in English from Harvard University and an M.F.A. in Theater Management and Producing from Columbia University. She lives in Manhattan with her husband. They enjoy being much too serious about trivia, puzzles, and games.

Gauri Mangala, Producing Assistant

Gauri is a first-generation Indian-American producer and writer. She is drawn to stories that, even in their various levels of fiction-hood, pull out a strong candor and authentic viewpoint about what it means to be human. Gauri is passionate about building communities and spaces that fight for access, equity, and opportunity for all. She holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts and Anthropology from Gettysburg College.

Gauri is the Associate Artistic Director for the Strides Collective, a non-profit queer theatre company in Philadelphia that is focused on new, emerging playwrights. She is a Barrymore Awards adjudicator and was a member of Theatre Philadelphia’s inaugural Content + Criticism Cohort. She is also the recipient of the 2021 Emile O. Schmidt Excellence in Theatre award. Previous artistic homes include: Hedgerow Theatre, the TEAM Petri Projects, Hasan Minhaj: The King’s Jester (tour), the Bean-Jam Project, Delaware Theatre Company, and the Fisher Center for the Arts.

Gauri lives in Media, PA with her partner and their many, many plants. She can often be found reading or trying a new recipe.

Monica Smith

Contract Administrator

Monica Smith is a Contract Administrator with InHouse Booking supporting the booking process with research, route preparation, client communication and contracting support. With a master’s degree in Sport Administration and Event Management from Lock Haven University, Monica’s work with InHouse combines her lifelong family history in the arts with her own passion for planning, organization and logistics. During the last 4 years with InHouse Booking Monica has also worked with 4Site Programming and Midwood Entertainment as a Talent Buyer. Prior to joining InHouse Booking, Monica was a collegiate volleyball coach. Monica resides in State College, PA with her wife and kids.

Mary Alex Daniels

Mary Alex is a creative producer and long-time theater lover originally from Los Angeles, California. She is excited by deconstructing and reimagining what we think of as “classical” theater, and developing new work centering female/non-binary voices. She holds a B.A. in Theater and Entrepreneurship from UCLA, where she collaborated with theaters such as Center Theatre Group, Antaeus Theatre Company, and A Noise Within. In 2021 she moved to New York to pursue her MFA in Theatre Management and Producing at Columbia University. Since moving to NYC, she has interned with Jujamcyn Theaters, Boneau/Bryan-Brown, and 101 Productions, and has produced new works at The Chain Theater and Players Club.

When she isn’t at the theater, Mary Alex runs her own website design agency, MAD Development, where her mission is to help artists and creatives develop an authentic digital presence. She lives in Manhattan with her partner and cat.
