Victoria Lang, a Founder of Broadway & Beyond Theatricals, has enjoyed an award-winning producing career in theatre, television and film. On the cutting edge of the best Off Broadway theatre she has produced such hits as FOUND: A New Musical, SILENCE! The Musical (Best Musical:Off Broadway Alliance Award, Top 5 Musicals: Time Magazine), SHOUT! The Mod Musical, JOHNNY GUITAR (Best Off-Broadway Musical: Outer Critics Circle Award), MATT & BEN (Top 5 Plays: Time Magazine), and David Friedman’s LISTEN TO MY HEART (Drama Desk Award); and tours of SHOUT!, GIRLS NIGHT and DIVORCE PARTY THE MUSICAL. Recent Broadway productions include TOOTSIE (Tony nomination), THE CHER SHOW, SYLVIA, 1984, and ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE. West End includes FUNNY GIRL, BAT BOY and SHOUT! Victoria has managed the operations and finances of several successful businesses as Co-Founder/President of Plus Media & Plus Entertainment and President of Lang Entertainment Group, as well as co-Founder of Off Broadway Touring. Victoria attended Emerson College and graduated with a BFA in Theatre Arts Summa Cum Laude from Long Island University. She is a member of the Broadway and Off Broadway Leagues, the Off Broadway Alliance and BAFTA.
Tracey Stroock McFarland
Founder, President of booking
Tracey is a seasoned theatrical executive with two successful decades of touring industry experience. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hamilton College with a degree in Theatre. After a year in UCLA’s MFA Actor/Waitress Training Program and a stint as an almost working actor, Tracey discovered the world behind the curtain and never looked back. She has held senior positions at The Booking Group and The Road Company, where she worked on a wide variety of touring theatricals including RENT, THE PRODUCERS, MAMMA MIA!, CABARET, ANNIE, DAVID COPPERFIELD, RUGRATS LIVE and MICHAEL FLATLEY’S LORD OF THE DANCE.
In 2014, Tracey founded InHouse Booking, a boutique theatrical booking agency dedicated to bringing the best of live touring entertainment to theatres across North America. There she oversaw the inaugural tours of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer The Musical, The Hip Hop Nutcracker with MC Kurtis Blow, and Dan & Phil’s The Amazing Tour Is Not On Fire, as well as national tours of Legally Blonde The Musical, An American in Paris, and Matthew Bourne’s Cinderella and Swan Lake, to name a few.

Ryan has been at the intersection of intellectual property and theater for the majority of his career.
He has worked on the development, production, financing and licensing of theatrical productions with Theatrical Rights Worldwide, CBS, The Public Theater, Williamstown Theater Festival, Sony Music, Playscripts, and RKO, where from 2012-2016 he managed the stage rights in the golden age film library and was in charge of the studio’s theatrical licensing, producing and investing operations.
Notable productions include: THE WOODSMAN, HERE LIES LOVE, THE ORION EXPERIENCE, YEAST NATION, DOCTOR ZHIVAGO, TOP HAT, BIG FISH, and CHEERS: LIVE ON STAGE.
Prior to beginning his producing career, Ryan worked in the executive and theater operations departments at Jujamcyn Theaters, and in the professional licensing department at Theatrical Rights Worldwide, managing licenses of such shows as SPAMALOT and THE COLOR PURPLE for major professional theaters domestically and internationally.
Ryan holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theater and Directing from The Boston Conservatory, and an M.F.A. in Theater Management and Producing from Columbia University.
Barbara Pinneke Cooley
vice-president of Touring
Barbara is an entertainment executive with over twenty years of experience in the production and promotion of concerts and theatrical shows; tour development and management; and arena and theatre administration. She was a part of the executive team that opened the Fargo Dome in North Dakota which held over 250 events in its first year of operation. Barbara was also a Promoter Representative for Neil Diamond, overseeing two national tours and sold out shows in over 100 arenas. In addition, she developed and managed promotional tours for Fox Kids and Fox Family and recently produced ELVIS LIVES, the first ever Elvis tour utilizing Elvis Tribute Artists that was endorsed and co-marketed by Elvis Presley Enterprises.
She holds a B.A. in Communications and Rhetoric from Iowa State University with a minor in Theatre. Barbara actively volunteers in the theatre programs at the Girls Preparatory School and McCallie School in Chattanooga, TN where she resides with her husband, two children and their Bernese mountain dog.
Lana Russell is a producer, director and administrator focusing on artistic programming, new play development and advocacy. Lana has over a decade of experience producing and curating innovative artistic visions and projects both commercially and in not for profit theaters. She is committed to producing and advocating for theater that is artist and community driven, challenges our perception of possibility and that is empowering in practice, process and performance. She has directed, produced and/or developed plays at The Fifth Avenue Theatre, The Civilians, The Lark, Primary Stages, New Georges, Cal Shakes, The Public Theater of San Antonio, All For One, Naked Angels, Gettysburg College, Bedlam and New York Stage and Film.
Recently: Producer, Life Studies Benefit Show (The Civilians), Interim Artistic Producer (New York Stage and Film), Associate Director, BLISS the musical (Fifth Avenue Theatre). Lana is also the Director of OP Forward at The Orchard Project, developing and producing programming that focuses on the futures of artists. The programming reimagines and reframes theater’s resources in order to form new collaborations between industries and expand the potential for further growth of new work in theatre, audio and TV storytelling.
Lana is a member of the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab. She holds a MFA in Directing from The New School and a BA in Theater from University of California, Irvine.
Manager of Booking Operations
Monica Smith is a Booking Associate with InHouse Booking supporting the booking process with research, route preparation, client communication and contracting support. With a master’s degree in Sport Administration and Event Management from Lock Haven University, Monica’s work with InHouse combines her lifelong family history in the arts with her own passion for planning, organization and logistics. During the last 4 years with InHouse Booking Monica has also worked with 4Site Programming and Midwood Entertainment as a Talent Buyer. Prior to joining InHouse Booking, Monica was a collegiate volleyball coach. Monica resides in State College, PA with her wife and kids.
Director of Business Operations
Frank Segro is the Director of Business Operations with Broadway & Beyond Theatricals and has worked and played in the live entertainment industry over the last fifteen years. Born and raised as a frustrated actor in Upstate New York, Frank quickly realized his talents better lent themselves to work behind the scenes.
Prior to his work with Broadway & Beyond, Frank spent over a decade working at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, a performing arts center located at the site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival. During his time there he oversaw the venues operations, helped grow and scale the core and ancillary businesses and worked to facilitate partnerships with major music festivals and producers.
Frank holds a B.A. in Communications and a B.A. in Environmental Studies, Law and Policy from Green Mountain College, and an M.B.A. from the Marylhurst University School of Business. Frank currently resides in Stone Ridge, NY with his partner.
Steven Griffin is a Booking Agent with Broadway & Beyond Theatricals and an entertainment professional with more than three years of experience in live events. Born and raised in Nashville, TN, he grew up immersed in the Arts, regularly attending concerts and theatrical performances from a very young age, and performing as both a vocalist and musical theatre actor through his early 20s.
Steven is an alumnus of Belmont University’s prestigious Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business, graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Industry Studies and a minor in Music Business. Out of college, Steven worked as a Booking Agent Assistant with Agency for the Performing Arts’ concerts division, where he aided in booking tours for artists such as Smokey Robinson, Sublime with Rome, and Nelly.
His work with Broadway & Beyond combines his knowledge of the live events booking industry with his lifelong passion for theatre and the performing arts. Steven currently resides in Brooklyn, NY with his partner.
